Custom work is only a phone call away for a fellow woodworker turned client. Rob found us searching through images of his favorite wood Ziricote and reached out. He told me he dabbled in marquetry and needed a cabinet with specific dimensions. He left the rest up to me, artistic freedom!
The front and the sides of the cabinet are a four way book match using the Boulle marquetry technique. The motif was something I doodled on the back of a piece that I have been wanting to try.
