Quarter-sawn Red Elm defines this custom kitchen, with its vertical grain orientation bringing a sense of height, rhythm, and quiet structure to the space. The linear flow of the grain creates a natural order—clean, architectural, and intentionally composed.

Red Elm is, without question, one of our favorite woods to work with. It carries a warmth that sets it apart from other similarly grained species—subtle, inviting, and deeply organic. Where others can feel uniform or flat, Red Elm offers a richness and tonal variation that gives life to every surface.

Each component is carefully selected and arranged to maintain continuity throughout the cabinetry. The grain is not left to chance; it is guided, aligned, and sequenced to ensure balance across the entire installation.
