Our minimal frame White Oak shaker cabinets are unmistakably distinct—there is no comparison to factory-made work. What we create is not mass-produced cabinetry, but a carefully considered composition of material, proportion, and craftsmanship.

We begin with rift-sawn White Oak panels, selected for their straight, consistent grain and quiet elegance. Each panel is grain-matched and sequenced throughout the installation, creating a sense of balance and continuity that reads as intentional from every vantage point. The result is subtle, but powerful—a visual rhythm that only reveals itself through careful attention to detail.

The frames are crafted from solid rift-sawn White Oak, milled to a refined 5/8-inch width. Each joint is mitered by hand and by eye, not simply for precision, but for harmony. This process allows us to achieve a level of alignment and proportion that cannot be replicated by automated production.

To further enhance the natural character of the wood, the surfaces are wire-brushed to open the grain, bringing forward the texture inherent in the material. We then apply hand-rubbed oil finishes, worked into the wood rather than sitting on top of it. This approach deepens the tone, enriches the tactile quality, and gives each piece a true furniture-grade presence—meant to be experienced as much by touch as by sight.

We do not work in commodities. We select premium materials, and we shape them with intention, discipline, and respect for the craft. Our work exists at the intersection of cabinetry and fine furniture—where utility meets artistry, and where every detail reflects a commitment to excellence.
